If you completed the purchase of a monthly plan online on the site:
A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time. To do this, go to the "My Bank" section of your member account and click "Edit" on the right side of your subscription. At the bottom of the next window, click "Cancel my subscription" and then on the yellow "Cancel" button to confirm your action.
Upon cancellation, your monthly plan will remain active up to the next monthly billing date. Ads associated with this subscription will remain online unless they are manually deleted by the member.
It should be noted that no refund will be given for the remaining days.
If you completed the purchase of a monthly plan with one of our representatives, you may contact them by phone or email (email@example.com) so that they can make the desired change.
